Parent activities at Laugalækjarskóli
Targeted efforts are ongoing to enhance parent consultation and strengthen their involvement in schooling. Each school has an operational parent association, parent council, or school council.
Laugalækjarskóli Parent Association
Parent associations support school operations, promote student welfare and strengthen home-school connections. Each school's parent association defines its own rules of operation, including the election process for its board and the selection of representatives to the school council.
